Domestic Orders:

1. Delivery Time:

Processing of orders takes 1-2 working days.
Delivery typically takes 4-7 working days across India.

2. Delivery Charges:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within India (Zone In-Reach only).

Tracking Orders:

You may track your package at any time.
Once your order is dispatched, the tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive an email within 4 days of placing your order, please contact us at jewelsadisha@gmail.com.

Out of Reach Areas:

We use a third-party courier service to ship our orders, covering almost all PIN Codes nationwide. However, there are some areas classified as Out of Delivery Zones (ODZ).
If your address falls within an ODZ, we will inform you within 5 working days.
You will have the option to either cancel the order and receive a full refund or provide an alternative address that is within the delivery zone.

Delays in Shipping:

Please note that delays in shipping may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, logistical challenges, or other factors beyond our control.

Cancellation of Order Due to Delivery Issues:

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your package three times at the delivery address provided.
If the package is undeliverable due to reasons not attributable to us (such as incorrect address or absence of the recipient), the package will be returned to our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Upon receiving the returned package, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be considered terminated, and a refund will be processed within 30 days of the order's termination.
