Return and Exchange Policy for Christmas Combos Only

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if any of the products are received in a damaged condition.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery at our provided email ID. Please include genuine proof of the damaged product, such as clear photos and short video clips, to support your claim.

 

1. Charges for Returns

  • Returns are chargeable at INR 100.
  • We do not consider returns as part of costs when pricing our items. With our returns being under 2%, we prefer to price our products fairly and not increase them on the off-chance of an exchange or return.

2. How to Return or Exchange

  • To return or exchange a product, please email us at jewelsadisha@gmail.com with the subject line "Return." Please include your order ID, phone number, bank account details (Account Number, Name, IFSC Code), and the reason for return.
  • Your return request will be processed within 1-2 business days as per the return policy.
  • If your delivery address is within an Out of Delivery Zone (ODZ), return pickup may not be available. In such cases, you will be required to send the product to us at your own expense. We will provide you with the necessary address, and you will be notified via email if your pincode falls under ODZ. In such cases, the INR 100 return charge is not applicable.

3. Return Process

  • For Residents of India: Please ensure the item is packed and ready for reverse pickup.

  • For International Customers: You will need to ship the product to us at the following address:

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • We only replace or accept returns for items if the request is made within 7 days of delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same or a different one, email us at jewelsadisha@gmail.com with your order ID and the product you want as a replacement. Your exchange request will be processed within 24 hours.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased under discount (Coupon or referral) are not eligible for any return, but we will exchange the product for the same value.
  • Keychains, free gifts, and promotional items are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • International orders are not eligible for any return or exchange.
  • Any return request made after 7 days of delivery will be rejected.

6. Payment of INR 100 Return Charges

  • The INR 100 return charge will be deducted from your refundable amount.

7. Refund Timeline

  • It may take up to 2 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the returned item has been delivered and inspected by us. This inspection process may take between 15-20 business days.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

9. Reasons for Rejection of Return or Exchange

  • The item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Every parcel leaving our facility undergoes a rigorous 5-stage quality inspection. Please make sure you record an unboxing video in case of return or replacement due to the product being damaged.
  • Any return request made after 7 days of delivery will be rejected.

Note: You can register a return and exchange for your order within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
